...began riding at 8 years of age in her native Germany. While studying and working for her business degree she simultaneously earned her Equestrian Training Licenses. After graduating she worked in Ireland and Portugal as a rider and trainer. Returning from Portugal Yvonne continued her education at the German Equestrian State College in Vechta including the disciplines Dressage, Jumping and Cross Country.
Yvonne completed her apprenticeship program with Honors.

Upon completing she continued her training for one year at a German breeding and training facility in Australia close to Brisbane. Back home to Germany she worked for stall Paul Schockemoehle in Muehlen where she trained horses in Dressage and Jumping.

In 2008 Yvonne was offered the position of the Head Trainer and Program Director. Her main discipline is Dressage.

Yvonne has continued her training and in 2011 she finished the Mastercourse and is now licensed as a "Pferdewirtschaftsmeisterin" one of the few FN certified trainers in Germany and America!

Yvonne loves living and working in Texas. Because of the hospitality and the people she has come to know, she plans on calling Texas her home for years to come.

Allison Stai

Instructor / Assistant Trainer

Allison began taking riding lessons at the age of 6. She has had instruction in Dressage, Hunters, Jumpers, Eventing, and Combined Driving. As a teenager, she competed in Eventing Trials, Pony Club Rallies, Jumpers, and 4h shows (huntseat). In college she began to focus primarily on Dressage and enjoyed participating regularly in various clinics. She obtained employment during this time at a local Dressage stables where she assisted in training horses and teaching students. She also volunteered with an equine assisted psychotherapy program for adolescent children. After college, she went to Pennsylvania for a working student position with Grand Prix trainer Lorinda Lende for almost a year. After the working student position ended, Allison moved to Arizona and began instructing regularly at several barns in the area. She has also volunteered many hours as a guest instructor and guest speaker with several Pony Clubs. We are very happy that Allison is part of the Rocking M Team!
